• Basic Obedience class is for dogs approximately 5 months and older. It is designed to teach owners to communicate better and to train their dogs with positive reinforcement techniques, to have good manners inside their home and outside in the community. Exercises include; paying attention with distractions, sit politely, down on command, stay in place, come when called, heel or walk in the proper position, greet people without jumping up, loose leash walking without pulling, and waiting in and out of doors. Basic obedience is the foundation for all behavior problem solving. This course is a 6 week, one hour, once a week class.
